Naturotherapy is Holistic.

Naturotherapy focuses on the connection between the body, the mind, and the spirit. By understanding and addressing underlying root causes, you can heal in a deep and lasting way.

“Don’t be a healer, be a witness to the healing.” Dr. June A. Kelly

“As Above, So Below.”

Hermes Trismegistus

'Psyche' in psychology literally translates as the science or study of the soul (or one's essence) according to the Ancient Greeks.

As psychology progressed over the years it leaned toward approaches that focused more on behaviour and what could be directly observed. In this process, it lost its spark.

Alternative therapies continue to remind us of the power of what we do not directly see but feel. There are many avenues to follow in the pursuit of well-being that connect us to more than just the mind.

Naturotherapy is heavily influenced by Eastern traditions and practices, where everything is viewed as interconnected. The connection between mind and body is the main focus. Natural medicine combines ancient eastern philosophies from across the world and focuses on the body's capacity to self-heal when given the right conditions.

Health is about so much more than the absence of illness. It is about well-being. It is about balance. It is about WHOLENESS.
