Discover Holistic Psychotherapy:
Where ancient healing meets modern psychology.
This psychotherapy experience begins with a deep exploration of your unique story, tracing patterns back to their roots in childhood and the unconscious. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that integrates holistic and evidence-based approaches—like psychodynamic, CBT, and somatic techniques—with inner child work at the core. Therapy supports you in shifting old patterns, regulating your emotions, and creating new ways of being, guiding you toward healing, resilience, and lasting transformation.
A Mind-Body-Spirit Psychotherapy Approach
Most therapy focuses on thoughts and behaviors. My work goes deeper—because you are more than just your mind.
Mind: We’ll explore the beliefs, patterns, and intrusive thoughts that keep you stuck, using modern psychology and practical strategies to shift them.
Body: We’ll tune into your body’s wisdom—learning to understand physical cues, regulate your nervous system, release stored trauma, and move beyond chronic stress and pain.
Spirit: Beyond labels, dogma, or tradition, we’ll explore your inner truth—whether that’s healing from religious trauma, reconnecting with spirituality, or finding meaning and purpose that lights you up.
This isn’t about “quick tips” or surface-level fixes. It’s a deeper integration of ancient alchemy and modern psychology—where the roots of your pain meet pathways of transformation.
This therapy is best for those at a crossroads in life—whether that’s becoming a parent, burning out, seeking deeper meaning, breaking old cycles, or navigating major life changes. If you’re longing for clarity, healing, and a more authentic way of being, you’re in the right place.
Is this you right now?
No matter how hard you try, your mind won’t stop replaying memories, regrets, or worst-case scenarios?
You’re questioning your life and your choices and don’t know how to move forward?
The people closest to you—spouse, kids, parents, colleagues—trigger the deepest parts of you, leaving you stuck in anger, shame, guilt, or withdrawal?
Life transitions (parenthood, retirement, loss, blended families, career changes) leave you feeling lost, exhausted, or unsure of who you are?
Your anxiety, anger, depression, ADHD, trauma, addiction, or chronic pain is running the show and you’re tired of barely coping?
You’ve lost hope, purpose, or the ability to feel joy—and you don’t know how to get it back?
How do I know if this kind of therapy is best suited for me?
YOU DON’T NEED TO BE SPIRITUAL TO WORK WITH ME—just open-minded to a holistic perspective and curious about building a more balanced, compassionate approach to life.

Trust the Process: Holistic Psychotherapy
Holistic psychotherapy goes beyond managing symptoms—it’s about healing at the root. At the heart of my work is the inner child, the part of you that carries both the wounds and the wisdom of your earliest experiences. By reconnecting with this tender and powerful part of yourself, we open the doorway to lasting change.
Together, we will:
Trace the threads of your story back to their origins—exploring how unconscious patterns and early experiences continue to shape your life.
Work with your inner child directly—hearing their voice, honoring their needs, and reparenting the parts of you that were overlooked or silenced.
Use evidence-based approaches like CBT, psychodynamic exploration, and somatic awareness to shift thoughts, regulate emotions, and restore balance.
Create new ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to life—that are grounded in clarity, compassion, and resilience.
This process isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about reclaiming the wholeness that’s been waiting inside you all along. By bringing your inner child into the light, you free yourself from old cycles and open space for joy, purpose, and authentic connection.
Common Questions:
-
It’s a common question — and the truth is, therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or repeating the same patterns despite your best efforts, therapy can give you a safe space to explore what’s really going on and find new ways forward.
Our first session is simply a starting point. We’ll get to know each other, talk through your concerns, and explore what’s worked (and what hasn’t) so far. Together, we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels supportive and realistic for you — one that considers not just your history, but your daily rhythms, values, and goals.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about discovering yourself in a new way, with the guidance and support you’ve been needing.

Many clients find that their sessions are covered, at least in part, through their insurance plans. However, policies vary so I recommend contacting your provider directly to confirm: 1) Whether psychotherapy services are included in your plan; 2) scope of coverage; 3) Limits on provider designation (e.g., some plans specify Psychologist only).
Receipts are provided by email after each session, which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
