The therapeutic approach includes:

Psychodynamic Uses free association, early childhood memories, and dream exploration to assist with understanding your inner world and addressing longstanding repetitive patterns that no longer serve you.

Inner Child Work Looks at your self-concept, including your self-worth, rooted in your childhood. Attending to and healing early childhood wounds and reframing internalized messages from family through acknowledgment and re-parenting is the primary focus here.

Psychoeducation Develops your knowledge about anxiety and depression from evolutionary, physiological, and metaphysical perspectives. Knowledge is power and creates opportunities to move away from self-judgment and toward empowerment.

Cognitive-Behavioral Work - Explores how the mind rules. Identifying beliefs or recurring and unhelpful thoughts puts you in a position to change them. The hallmark of this work is identifying the most common and unhelpful patterns and reframing them through a diverse set of mental techniques.

Mind-Body Work - Uses eastern philosophy and theories to support you with balanced living and an integrated sense of self. Strategies include tapping techniques, yoga postures, nutrition, mantras, affirmations, visualization, somatic exercises, and progressive muscle relaxation.
